Once we receive your booking deposit for your quoted weekend, we will reserve accommodation and staff for your chosen dates and send you a detailed itinerary with directions and kit list, together with details of how to pay the remaining balance due for your weekend. The final balance should be paid 3 weeks before your arrival date.

Please note that we are ABLE to refund any payments received in full if we are given notice of cancellation more than 3 weeks before your originally agreed arrival date.  

If you cancel within 2-3 weeks before your arrival date we are UNABLE to offer a refund of your deposit, but it can be passed on to another person as a deposit. However in this instance we can refund the outstanding remaining balance (minus the deposit) if you have paid in full.

If you cancel 0-2 weeks before your arrival date we are UNABLE to offer any refunds at all.

If you are suspected of having consumed alcohol before an activity then your session may be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Although staff are very safety conscious and have adequate public liability insurance, we advise that you have adequate adventure travel insurance before the trip.

You are responsible for making your own way to the activity venues unless minibus/taxi transport is included in your package.

All data supplied is kept confidential and not passed on to any third parties.

In the event of severe unsuitable weather conditions your activity may have to be substituted with another, although this is generally unlikely.
